Christen comes from a long line of designers. She has worked with many mediums including clay, watercolors and is now primarily painting in oil. Her small business Blue Egg Brown Nest was also well-know locally for painting furniture! Christen was born and raised in Northern Virginia and resides with her husband and three teenagers in Arlington, VA. Jane Coonce has been her beloved teacher for the last seven years.
