I am a watercolor artist with a passion for creating semi-abstract paintings, primarily focusing on sailboats and city skylines. Through my work, I aim to capture the dynamic interaction of light and color, using the fluidity and transparency of watercolor to convey a sense of movement and energy.
One unique aspect of my artistic process is that I create my own watercolor paints. This allows me to experiment with custom color compositions and textures, which adds a personal touch to each piece and defines my distinct style. The combination of abstract elements with recognizable subjects offers viewers a fresh perspective on familiar scenes.
In July 2024, I relocated to the United States, bringing with me a wealth of artistic experience and a new vision inspired by my new surroundings. The vibrant landscapes and urban environments around me continue to fuel my creativity as I explore new ways to express the world through my art.
My work has been exhibited in various settings and is part of both private and public collections. I am excited to be a member of the McLean Art Society and look forward to this new chapter in my artistic journey.
MAS offers a welcoming community with artist demos, local exhibits, and an online member gallery.
